We take hygiene very seriously—think dentist-level sterilisation. All reusable tools go through our top-of-the-line autoclave (the same high-standard system used by dentists), and anything that can be single-use—like files, buffers, and pedicure liners—is disposed of after each client. Our team also wear gloves and follow strict protocols to keep everything spotless. Your health and safety always come first!

Ideally, no more than every 4 weeks—sooner if needed. Waiting too long? That’s where things can get risky. As your nails grow, the apex (aka the strength and structure of your enhancement) shifts forward, throwing off the balance. This makes your nails more prone to breakage, lifting, and unexpected disasters (we’re talking painful snaps and cracks).
And don’t forget about your toes! When toenails get too long, they start pressing against your shoes, which can lead to discomfort, bruising, and even ingrown nails. Keep them neat and comfy with regular maintenance—your feet will thank you!

Avoid excessive water exposure (especially in the first 24 hours), wear gloves for any heavy-duty tasks, and make cuticle oil your new best friend—daily application keeps nails hydrated and prevents lifting. Need a good one? We’ve got high-quality cuticle oils available in-store to keep your nails looking fresh for longer!

First of all, take a deep breath. We know—it’s devastating. One minute, you're flaunting flawless nails, and the next, you’ve caught one on a cupboard door, or worse, you’ve done the dreaded car door slam.
Don’t panic! Give us a call, and we’ll advise you on the best course of action until you can get in for a proper fix. Every situation is different—some breaks are just a tiny chip that can be filed down, while others are full-blown nail disasters requiring urgent attention (and possibly a moment of silence). Either way, we’ve got you! Just don’t start peeling it off—that never ends well.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens—traffic, last-minute delays, and unexpected hiccups are part of life. However, to ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you are less than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify your service or reschedule your appointment, depending on availability. In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and a full or partial charge may be applied, as per our cancellation policy.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit
We value our clients’ time, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows take away the opportunity for someone else who may have been waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our schedule fair and accessible to all.

At LALA Nail Co, we take great pride in delivering exceptional services and premium-quality products. Our goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. However, we understand that issues may arise. Below is our refund policy regarding services and purchased products.

We do not offer refunds on any services performed. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments.
Service Adjustments: If you experience an issue with your service, please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will assess the concern and, if deemed appropriate, schedule a complimentary fix within seven (7) days of your original appointment.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after a service has been completed. To prevent misunderstandings, we conduct a thorough consultation at the start of every appointment, discussing your preferences, desired outcome, and any limitations. We also provide a quote upfront to ensure transparency—so there are no surprises. Please take this opportunity to ask questions and communicate your expectations.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities: We use high-quality products, but we cannot guarantee individual reactions. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform your technician before your service. Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions, but we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy: If you miss your appointment or arrive too late for us to complete the service, our cancellation policy applies, and no refunds will be given.
